Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests upon their arrival
  • manage reservations
  • oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
  • address and accommodate special requests, dietary needs, and seating preferences
  • act as the primary liaison between guests and restaurant staff
  • ensure clear and effective communication to facilitate efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly
  • assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest reception area
  • manage dining menus and ensure front-of-house materials are up-to-date and well presented
  • monitor and maintain compliance with all restaurant safety standards and sanitation regulations
  • ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff
