Job Requirements

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
high school diploma or equivalent
friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Warmly greet guests upon their arrival
manage reservations
oversee seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
address and accommodate special requests, dietary needs, and seating preferences
act as the primary liaison between guests and restaurant staff
ensure clear and effective communication to facilitate efficient service and address any guest concerns promptly
assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest reception area
manage dining menus and ensure front-of-house materials are up-to-date and well presented
monitor and maintain compliance with all restaurant safety standards and sanitation regulations
ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff
