Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for managing waitlists
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physical ability to move and carry light items
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to maintain dining flow
- Update guests with a positive attitude about their wait time
- Ensure tables are clean and ready for incoming guests
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Stay calm and collected during busy periods
- Maintain an approachable and friendly demeanor at all times
