Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- manage the waitlist and seating arrangements
- update guests with wait times and seating status
- ensure dining areas and tables are ready and clean for the next party
- maintain a positive and approachable demeanor at all times
- work collaboratively with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations
- assist with maintaining a clean and organized host stand area
