Job Duties
- welcome guests warmly and make them feel at home
- manage the dining room flow by overseeing the waitlist
- update guests with seating information in a friendly manner
- ensure tables are clean and prepared for the next party
- coordinate with the team to maintain efficient service
- handle busy periods calmly and maintain a positive attitude
- assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
