Job Requirements

Must be 16 years old
Ability to walk and stand 100% of the time
Ability to operate cash register and POS system
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Comfortable with phone communication
Willingness to complete training and validations
Basic math skills for handling money

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

Greet and seat customers immediately within 1 minute in a systematic fashion
Answer the phone
Run a wait list
Take to go orders and perform correct money transactions up to twenty times during a scheduled shift
Suggestively sell and upsell
Promote store features and specials
Project a positive image always
Assist other FOH staff members as needed
Observe customers and respond to additional requests or complaints
Act as a resource for guests regarding the restaurant, promotions, specials, staff, menu, hours of operation
Perform other functions assigned by management such as take out trash, stocking, checking restrooms, bus tubs, refill ice and wash glassware
