Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • previous experience as a host or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency with reservation and seating software is a plus
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism
  • basic math skills for managing waitlists and reservations

Job Duties

  • assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
