Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- previous experience as a host or in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- proficiency with reservation and seating software is a plus
- ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism
- basic math skills for managing waitlists and reservations
- friendly, outgoing, and approachable demeanor
- professional appearance and attitude

- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave
- manage the waitlist and seating chart efficiently
- escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- answer phone calls and handle reservations and inquiries
- communicate guest preferences and special requests to servers and kitchen staff
- assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- monitor dining room activity to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
- handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and seek assistance from management when necessary
