As a Host at Red Lobster, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant, providing a welcoming and positive experience from the moment they arrive. Your role includes managing reservations and accurately quoting wait times to ensure smooth seating logistics. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
