Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is an asset
- Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and patience
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and make a positive first impression
- Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements
- Take and manage reservations and waitlists as needed
- Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Provide timely information to guests regarding wait times and restaurant policies
- Assist with general front-of-house tasks to support overall guest experience
