The Host role at Red Robin is a key part of the Front of House service team, responsible for creating a great first impression to every guest who walks through the door. This position requires an individual with a friendly demeanor who can provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting guests and escorting them to their tables. Additionally, the host manages reservations and handles waitlists efficiently when necessary, helping to maintain smooth dining room operations.
