The role of Host/Hostess at P.F. Chang's is essential to maintaining the welcoming and efficient flow of the restaurant. This is a full-time or part-time position with a pay range based on experience, from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour. P.F. The role involves interacting courteously with guests by answering phones, greeting and seating guests, making reservations, and assisting with takeout orders. Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests, answer phones, greet guests, seat guests, make reservations, take food orders
  • Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control
  • Learn restaurant seating layout, table division into server areas, and how to deliver food
  • Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications
  • Learn curbside process and takeout expectations
  • Conduct side-work as required for each shift
