Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and approachable personality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle busy and sometimes stressful situations with composure
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as the first point of contact
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to maintain smooth seating flow
- Update guests on wait times with a positive and approachable demeanor
- Ensure tables are clean and ready for incoming guests
- Support team members to maintain a comfortable dining environment
- Stay calm and collected during busy periods to provide excellent service
- Promote a welcoming atmosphere consistent with Cracker Barrel values
