No prior restaurant experience is required, as Cracker Barrel provides comprehensive training through its industry-leading PAR program starting on day one. The company is committed to helping you grow and succeed, offering a supportive work environment with opportunities for personal and professional development.

Additionally, Cracker Barrel provides competitive pay with weekly and same-day pay access, health insurance eligibility from day one for full- and part-time employees, and vacation benefits. Employees can also participate in a 401k plan with company matching after 90 days, an Employee Stock Purchase Program, and enjoy special discounts on food, retail items, and other exclusive perks. Cracker Barrel’s culture embraces belonging and support from the moment you join, including recognition programs and employee events that foster a sense of community and connection.

Joining the Cracker Barrel team as a Host means becoming part of a company that values its people, encourages growth, and takes pride in delivering memorable experiences to guests.
