The Host position at Cracker Barrel is an entry-level role focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience starting from the moment a guest walks in the door. As a Host, you will be the friendly face that greets guests and makes them feel immediately welcome and comfortable. You will manage the dining room flow by skillfully handling the waitlist, updating guests with a warm smile, and ensuring tables are promptly prepared for the next party to sit down and enjoy their meal. Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Must have strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Team player mentality
- Must pass background check
