Job Requirements

- Ability to handle busy situations with grace
- Basic proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt through training programs
- No prior restaurant experience required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude with a warm and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to maintain dining flow
- Update guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ensure tables are prepared and clean for new guests
- Maintain composure in busy and fast-paced environments
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent service
- Assist with general restaurant duties as needed
