Currently, Red Lobster is hiring for a Host position, an essential role that plays a vital part in guest experience and the smooth operation of the restaurant. As a Host at Red Lobster, you will be the first point of contact for guests, tasked with creating a welcoming atmosphere right from their arrival. Your responsibilities will include greeting every guest with a smile, accurately quoting wait times, managing reservations efficiently, and escorting guests to their tables to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods during shifts that can last 8 to 12 hours, safely lift up to 30 pounds, and move around the restaurant efficiently.
