Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in person at the Lake Jackson, TX location
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple tasks
- Friendly and positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and promptly
- Manage the seating chart to optimize the flow of the dining room
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations or waitlists
- Maintain a clean and organized host station and lobby area
- Provide guests with information about the menu and restaurant specials
- Assist in resolving guest concerns or complaints calmly and professionally
