Job Requirements
- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Comfortable standing and moving around for extended periods
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly

- Capable of maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and approachable personality
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to ensure smooth seating
- Update guests with a positive attitude during busy times
- Prepare tables and dining areas for incoming guests
- Maintain an organized flow in the dining room
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service
- Assist with other tasks as needed to support restaurant operations
