Job Requirements

Must be punctual and prepared in uniform for shifts
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
Knowledge of food sanitation and handling
Ability to promote brand integrity
Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities
Ability to provide attentive and friendly customer service
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic mathematical computation skills
Ability to work well with others and as part of a team
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is an advantage

Job Duties

Greet customers immediately when they enter the restaurant
Manage seating flow to balance server workload
Welcome and seat guests including families, large groups, and business professionals
Maintain awareness of events, specials, and menu items to answer questions
Ensure cleanliness and proper ambiance including lighting and music
Handle To Go orders and merchandise sales
Follow up with guests to ensure a positive experience and promote upcoming events
