High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the host area and restaurant entrance
Manage guest reservations and seating flow efficiently
Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Assist in coordinating with servers and kitchen staff during high-volume periods
Support cross-training initiatives to learn other restaurant roles
Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
