Job Requirements
- Must be 17 or older
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly when necessary
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and professionalism
- Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and front entrance area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
