Training is thorough and ongoing, equipping Hosts with the skills needed to excel and providing pathways to career advancement. Bubba’s 33 values its Roadies by paying employees weekly and offering one of the most competitive total rewards packages in the industry after one year of service. This package includes a choice of industry-leading medical plans, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, paid vacation time, and various insurance coverages such as short-term disability, life, accident, and critical illness. Additional benefits include identity theft protection, an employee assistance program, business travel insurance, and an annual holiday bonus.
