Job Requirements

Ability to use reservation systems
Professional, articulate, friendly and punctual

Job Duties

Enthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining
Develop and maintain relationships with guests, investors and local concierge
Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to accommodate guests
Adjust to meet changing needs of the restaurant and guests
Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively
Help out fellow teammates
Work calmly and efficiently during busy times
Manage waiting guests and reservations
Perform reservation call-backs and maintain proper phone etiquette
Designate table assignments
Communicate changes or events that influence covers
Establish genuine relationships with guests
Work in a clean, organized and professional manner
Maintain a flawless presence with uniform and hygiene standards
Communicate and report guest experiences
Read guests and provide a custom experience
