Job Duties
- Enthusiastically engage guests upon arrival and graciously thank them for dining
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, investors and local concierge
- Exhibit an excellent service attitude and be willing to accommodate guests
- Adjust to meet changing needs of the restaurant and guests
- Maintain professionalism and communicate effectively
- Help out fellow teammates
- Work calmly and efficiently during busy times
- Manage waiting guests and reservations
- Perform reservation call-backs and maintain proper phone etiquette
- Designate table assignments
- Communicate changes or events that influence covers
- Establish genuine relationships with guests
- Work in a clean, organized and professional manner
- Maintain a flawless presence with uniform and hygiene standards
- Communicate and report guest experiences
- Read guests and provide a custom experience
