This role is for a Host position within Maple Hospitality Group, particularly at their distinguished restaurant Bocuse. The Host will play a crucial role in setting the tone for a guest's dining experience by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and maintaining strong relationships with guests and local partners. Reporting directly to the General Manager and management team, the Host will also have connections to the Executive Chef and Corporate Operations Manager to ensure seamless collaboration across departments. The role involves enthusiastically engaging guests, accommodating their needs with a professional and courteous demeanor, and providing a custom-tailored experience that embodies the company’s core principles.

Candidates for this position should expect to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential. The Host will be responsible for managing waiting guests, coordinating table assignments, handling reservation systems such as SevenRooms, and communicating any changes or events that could affect guest covers.
