Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

- Basic computer knowledge for managing reservations and waitlists
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for hospitality
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide a great first impression by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating preferences are met
- Take and manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist during busy periods
- Collaborate with the Front of House team to maintain efficient service flow
- Answer guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host station and entrance area
- Support team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction
