Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Friendly and outgoing personality
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to multitask and handle guest inquiries efficiently

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals and seating guests
Provide a warm farewell to departing guests
Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
Be a team player and work well with others
