Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- team player attitude
Job Qualifications

- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- basic knowledge of reservation and seating software is a plus

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- manage the restaurant waiting list and seating arrangements during high volume
- engage in polite and friendly conversation while seating guests and introducing servers
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest touch points throughout the dining area
- thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- coordinate with servers to ensure smooth guest service
- assist with other hosting duties as required
