Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- commitment to providing excellent guest service
- physical ability to remain stationary and walk steadily for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- ability to frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap
- availability for flexible scheduling
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- friendly and positive attitude
- ability to handle physical demands of the role including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
- prior customer service experience is a plus
- ability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly at the door
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain smooth guest flow throughout the restaurant
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- communicate effectively with team members
- follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective coverings and frequent hand washing
- assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment
