Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each and every Guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell to departing Guests
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking Guests to their tables and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
- Work well as a team player to support a smooth and pleasant guest experience
