Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating them
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their server with professionalism
- Ensure various guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain an organized and efficient seating chart
- Assist with general restaurant cleanliness and hospitality duties
