Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each and every guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals enthusiastically, seating guests, and providing a warm farewell to departing guests
Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
Be a team player and work well with others
