Job Duties

  • Greet guests with excellent customer service and a professional demeanor
  • efficiently seat players based on waitlist, game availability, and player preferences
  • maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with estimated wait times
  • answer guest questions about game options, promotions, and Texas Card House policies
  • promote upcoming tournaments and special events
  • assist with processing player registration and buy-ins following all company cash handling procedures
  • maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests
  • assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc.
  • utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking
