Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
basic computer proficiency
ability to communicate clearly and professionally
strong organizational skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods

Job Duties

Greet guests with excellent customer service and a professional demeanor
efficiently seat players based on waitlist, game availability, and player preferences
maintain an accurate waitlist and provide guests with estimated wait times
answer guest questions about game options, promotions, and Texas Card House policies
promote upcoming tournaments and special events
assist with processing player registration and buy-ins following all company cash handling procedures
maintain a clean and organized reception area
answer phones, social media inquiries, and other guest requests
assist guests with the sale of memberships, merchandise, food, etc.
utilize CRM and applicable platforms for data tracking
