Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Physical demands can be reasonably accommodated for individuals with disabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic computer skills for managing reservations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Receive each guest at our restaurant with a smile
- Quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
- Attend to guests by providing special experiences
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
- Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
- Focus on your team and customers with every decision
- Maintain a welcoming and organized host station
