Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
Effectively coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating guests, and providing a courteous farewell
Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their tables and engaging with them along the way
Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members
Be a team player and work well with others
