Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor consistently

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to create a cohesive team environment
- Promote menu items passionately and provide knowledgeable assistance to guests
- Ensure a clean and organized host station area
- Assist with seating and guest flow to optimize the dining experience
