Among its recognized venues are The French Laundry, Per Se, Bouchon Bistro, Bouchon Bakery, Ad Hoc, RO Restaurant & Lounge, and notably, The Surf Club Restaurant. Located within the iconic Four Seasons Hotel at the Surf Club, this restaurant embraces the rich history of glamorous entertainment from the 1950s and 1960s, delivering classic Continental cuisine with a modern twist. The Surf Club Restaurant, guided by Chef Keller's philosophy of excellence and hospitality, is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the team as Hosts. As a Host, you will be the foremost point of contact for guests, setting the initial tone for their visit. This role demands not only a passion for food, beverage, and hospitality but also a dedication to fostering memorable guest interactions. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests efficiently, managing reservations through advanced systems, and ensuring that seating arrangements support smooth service flow. Working closely with the Maitre D and front-of-house team, you will contribute to seamless operations and help maintain a presentable, welcoming atmosphere within the entrance and host areas.

The ideal candidate will bring at least one to two years of experience in a similar fine dining environment, preferably within Michelin-starred establishments. Strong communication skills, an organized approach to managing bookings and guest needs, and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service are essential. The position operates in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, requiring flexibility, poise, and a hospitality-forward mindset.
