Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests warmly and efficiently
  • Manage reservations using restaurant booking systems
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure even service distribution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address guest inquiries
  • Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team and Maitre D
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the host area and entrance
  • Promote a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff
