Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in guest service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Seat guests promptly and efficiently
- Ensure guest touch points are clean and sanitized
- Communicate party counts and seating arrangements to servers and managers
- Assist servers and managers in ensuring smooth workflow
- Provide genuine thanks to guests as they leave
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor at all times
