Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
- able to stand for extended periods and manage physical demands of the role
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- capable of working in a team-oriented environment
- able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- positive and outgoing personality with a hospitable attitude
- ability to multitask and handle guest requests in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of restaurant operations is beneficial
Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- assist guests in the dining room with seating and order placement
- manage guest relations to ensure a positive dining experience
- help maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- coordinate waitlists and reservations efficiently
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to accommodate guest needs
- participate in team tip pool and support teamwork across all restaurant functions
