Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • able to stand for extended periods and manage physical demands of the role
  • reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • capable of working in a team-oriented environment
  • able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • positive and outgoing personality with a hospitable attitude
  • ability to multitask and handle guest requests in a fast-paced environment
  • basic knowledge of restaurant operations is beneficial

Job Duties

  • greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • assist guests in the dining room with seating and order placement
  • manage guest relations to ensure a positive dining experience
  • help maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • coordinate waitlists and reservations efficiently
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to accommodate guest needs
  • participate in team tip pool and support teamwork across all restaurant functions
