Job Requirements

  • must be 17 or older
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • basic proficiency in English
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a positive first impression
  • escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
  • manage reservations and maintain an organized wait list when the restaurant is busy
  • collaborate with the front of house team to ensure smooth service flow
  • assist guests with any initial inquiries or seating accommodations
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate seating and guest needs
