Job Duties
- Enthusiastically welcome and thank guests for choosing LongHorn
- Manage the lobby experience
- Work as a team to clear, clean, and reset tables for guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Assist in coordinating guest seating and waitlists
- Communicate effectively with servers and management to enhance guest experience
- Provide exceptional customer service that reflects company values
