Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- assist in managing the guest waiting list
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the host/hostess station
- manage seating arrangements efficiently to maximize table turnover
- provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
