Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service a plus
- ability to stand, walk, and talk for extended periods
- ability to use hands and handle objects
- occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- good hearing and awareness of surroundings

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly within 30 seconds
- seat guests as soon as tables are available
- develop and maintain professional relationships with employees and guests
- rotate station seating to ensure quality of guest service
- handle guest complaints and inquire about dining experience
- answer telephone and take messages and to go orders
- maintain waiting list as necessary
- check restrooms hourly for stock levels and cleanliness
