The position demands the ability to multitask efficiently and apply strong problem-solving skills to handle the dynamic challenges that arise in busy service settings. Organizational skills and a positive mindset are crucial, as well as being open to flexible scheduling with availability during various shifts. Physical stamina is important, as the job involves standing for extended periods, as well as reaching, bending, stooping, and frequently lifting up to 30 pounds. Familiarity with reservation systems like Open Table is considered a plus.
