The company embraces diversity and inclusiveness, recognizing that its unique value comes from celebrating both similarities and differences. With a clear mission to make every guest experience fresh, fun, memorable, and full of smiles, Red Robin stands out not just for its food but for the energetic, magnetic personalities that drive its team culture. Over the years, it has grown to become a beloved destination for guests seeking a warm, friendly dining experience, and for employees seeking meaningful career opportunities within the hospitality industry.
The Host role at Red Robin is a critical part of the Front of House service team, ensuring guests receive a warm and welcoming first impression. This position involves greeting guests with friendliness and enthusiasm, escorting them to their tables, and managing reservations and waitlists efficiently. Hosts are the face of the restaurant and set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience right from the start. The position is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Hosts collaborate closely with servers, managers, and kitchen staff, maintaining smooth seating transitions to keep the restaurant running efficiently during peak times. This role offers flexible work schedules, making it suitable for students or those seeking part-time work, with an hourly pay range from $11.97 to $14.43. Additionally, Hosts enjoy a generous 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% discounts for their family members, referral bonuses for recruiting new team members, and exclusive opportunities for career growth within the company.
Joining Red Robin as a Host means becoming part of a vibrant team that values fun, connection, and generosity. The company invests heavily in the development and well-being of its employees, offering comprehensive benefits such as health, vision, and dental insurance, accident and critical illness coverage, hospital indemnity plans, a 401k retirement plan with company match, and paid time off after a qualifying period. These benefits underline Red Robin's commitment to creating a supportive and rewarding workplace. The company is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes applicants who share its passion for unbridled hospitality and desire to build a fulfilling career in the restaurant industry. From hourly team members to managers, many have advanced their careers within Red Robin, highlighting the strong internal promotion culture and long-term career opportunities available. If you enjoy working in a lively, fast-paced environment and love making people smile, the Host role at Red Robin presents an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and grow with a brand that cares about its team as much as its guests.
