We are currently seeking a Host to join our esteemed team. This role is a vital part of the guest experience, as the Host is responsible for setting a welcoming and positive tone as guests arrive. Holding a key position at the front of the house, the Host manages the flow of guests entering the restaurant, ensuring that wait times are accurately communicated, guests are seated efficiently, and each visitor feels genuinely welcomed. The Host will engage guests with friendly conversation while guiding them to their seats and introducing them to their server, which helps to create a smooth and pleasant dining experience. Managing the waiting list during peak times is critical, requiring excellent organizational skills and the ability to calmly manage guest expectations. Additionally, the Host is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at key guest touchpoints, reflecting The Capital Grille's commitment to health and safety standards.
