We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable Host to join our team. The Host is the first point of contact for our guests and is responsible for warmly welcoming them, efficiently managing seating arrangements, and ensuring smooth service flow. This role includes maintaining an organized waitlist during busy periods, managing reservations, and providing guests with menus and timely information about their wait times. Beyond greeting and seating, the Host also coordinates our to-go food business by consistently following established procedures for order processing and guest accommodation. This position requires excellent communication skills as the Host handles incoming phone calls and interacts with customers, enhancing their overall dining or takeout experience.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail, a friendly and professional demeanor, and an understanding of restaurant etiquette and safety standards. The Host’s responsibilities extend to assisting wait staff with clearing tables and attending to guests who may need extra care, such as families with children or elderly patrons. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Ability to manage fast-paced, high volume shifts while providing excellent guest service
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Understanding of restaurant etiquette
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Experience in managing reservations
  • Successful completion of hourly position validations including company-required training
