We are currently seeking a Host to join our team, a key position that sets the tone for a remarkable dining experience through engaged hospitality and attentive guest relations. This role is hourly paid, offering between $15.00 and $20.00 per hour, reflecting the value we place on exceptional service and guest interaction. As a Host at The Capital Grille, you will be the first friendly face our guests see, responsible for greeting and seating guests with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor. Your role is crucial in managing the flow of guests, especially during peak periods, ensuring that wait times are communicated accurately and guest expectations are set with sincerity and professionalism. Beyond seating, you will engage guests with friendly conversation while introducing their servers and making sure each visitor feels welcomed and valued. Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
