Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds safely
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face masks, and work with disinfectants
- Commitment to health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Must be at least 17 years old
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow within the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate clearly and listen attentively to staff and guests
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols including wearing protective gear
- Work efficiently during shifts to support restaurant operations
