Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive
  • manage guest seating efficiently to optimize flow
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
  • engage with guests to provide information about the menu and specials
  • ensure customers feel valued and invited to return
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve simple concerns
  • support the team by communicating guest needs and restaurant status
