Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication skills
Friendly and approachable personality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is helpful but not required

Job Duties

Greet customers warmly and invite them back to the restaurant
Seat guests efficiently while maintaining an organized seating chart
Engage with guests by introducing them to Chuy's unique flavors
Ensure the restaurant remains impressively clean and organized
Follow the three core rules of doing everything for the customer, maintaining cleanliness, and having fun
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
Represent the face and voice of Chuy's with enthusiasm and professionalism
