As a Host, you will be responsible for guiding guests to their tables, managing reservations, coordinating wait times, and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby area. You will also support the staff by completing side work and assisting wherever needed to promote smooth restaurant operations. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication and phone etiquette
  • Ability to stand at least 4 hours per shift
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player and work well with management and servers
  • Prior customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet customers as soon as they walk in the door
  • Guide guests to their tables
  • Take reservations and answer the phone
  • Quote proper wait times
  • Ensure guests are seated in a manner that allows servers to properly take care of the guests needs
  • Make sure the lobby stays clean and presentable
  • Complete any side works prior to the end of your shift
  • Perform any other duties deemed appropriate by your manager
