Job Duties

- Answer phone calls, complete to-go orders, and assist with any inquiries or requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including waiting areas and host stand
- Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Manage guest waitlist efficiently during busy periods, ensuring a positive experience
- Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with light cleaning and stocking as needed, including resetting tables by cleaning chairs, booths, and floors
